Quay request (DAPAQ) shall be received by the Harbour Master’s Office Two days (48H00) before the ship’s arrival at the port of Le Havre. Under the terms of the French Port & Maritime Regulations, the DAPAQ shall be issued by the ship’s agent only.

DAPAQ Files are available through the professional portal accessible to authorized people only (please contact : capitainerie.metdev@havre-port.fr to get user code & password ).

The ship’s agent can ask for quay accommodation (DAPAQ) using either:

• This web site, professional part (free registration).

or
• Soget S.A. for all subscribers of ADEMAR+ System.

As soon as the DAPAQ is received, the Harbour Master’s office :

• checks the data sent by the ship’s agent,
• sets the ship’s E.T.A. in the Vessel Traffic Management system,
• plans for the ship’s berth & accommodation,
• checks the Dangerous Goods Manifest.
